Thestory begins with Vamsi who is also known as Pawan Kalyan (vaibhav) andhe comes to the city of Hyderabad. He has got a goal and in thisprocess, he comes upon Mahesh Babu (Brahmanandam). However, Vamsi has also got a past which is notrevealed until a long time. He also has a love interest in Krishnaveni(swetha Basu) who is a radio jockey in Radio Mirchi. Soon, theconfrontation takes place and what happens after that forms the rest ofthe story.

Varun Sandeshis a jobless, happy-go-lucky, bike-crazy guy wasting his time with hisfriends. After a drunken party and a fight with his father, the lattergives him most of his savings to go do something with his life. Much tohis parents chagrin he buys a bike, but they cool down once he gets ajob as a recovery agent at a bank because of the bike. He even mustersup courage to tell his bus-stop girl friend about his feelings andeverything falls into place until his bike gets stolen. Then he ispulled into mafia dealings and gets into trouble with the goons, thepolice; his whole life falls into jeopardy while he fights for what’sright and what’s his.

Thefirst scene itself starts out with promise-and violence, a trend thatcontinues throughout the movie. The real action doesn’t start until hisbike gets stolen and then we are taken back to the first scene (therest of the first half and half of the second is the flashback). Hegets into trouble with goons and police alike, and shows hisfearlessness with both. Of course, apart from the heroism, there are’skinny’ jokes about the main lead, one of them with Ali (where hecalls him ‘Bakka Raja‘) gets a few laughs. There are loads of fights, including the big, predictable climax fight with slow-motion movements.

MSNarayana comes in three scenes as a drunk for a little comic relief,and even Ali as a man escaping paying his loan is a decent track. Neha Sharma looks much better from her debut in Chirutha but her dubbed voice doesn’t suit her-anyway she doesn’t come in often.

Sai(Sairam Shankar) completes his education and wastes his time. Herefuses to marry as her mother Ramanamma (Kovai Sarala) wanted to putsome responsibility on him. Sai’s father Rao is a clerk with a realestate firm run by Surya Prakash (Sayaji Shinde).

Once,Surya Prakash’s daughter Aiswarya (Bindu Madhav) breaks the leg of Saimistaking him to be someone who tried to tease her. This makes him losehis heart to Aiswarya. After a few turn of events, Aiswarya too fallsflat for Sai. But this irks Surya Prakash who tried to thrash both Raoand Sai black and blue. Aiswarya reaches the spot and warns that shewould shoot herself if any harm is done to them.

Surya Prakashbudges to the situation and gives an offer to Sai to earn at least fiveper cent value of his assets and marry Aiswarya. But the latter refusesthe offer saying that he is giving another bumper offer to SuryaPrakash that he would make him lose his entire property and assets andpull him down to the earth and make him equal to their family to catchthe hand of Aiswarya.

What plans did Sai make to make SuryaPrakash bankrupt? What happens to the love between Sai and Aiswarya?Who is Mallikarjun and what kind of help or harm did he do to Sai? DidSai emerge victorious in teaching a lesson to Surya Prakash? Answers toall these questions form part of the climax.
