Aftermaking a splashing debut in ‘Thottal Poo Malarum’, Sakthi, son ofveteran director P Vasu, is gearing up with his next. The movie istitled uniquely as ‘Mahesh, Saranya Mattrum Palar’. As the titlesuggests, he plays a happy-go-lucky youngster Mahesh and Sandhya playsSaranya, his ladylove.
Sakthi is happy to be part of the movie. Hesays, “After ‘Thottal Poo Malarum’, I had several scripts coming myway. However I was very choosy and wanted my next to be more youthfuland enterprising. When Ravi narrated the story, I was so impressed thatI readily agreed to do it”.
The highlight of the movie is its musicby Vidyasagar. Says Ravi, “I am a great fan of Vidyasagar. When Idecided to do a movie, I immediately decided to approach him. In spiteof his busy schedule, he was kind enough to accept my offer. He happilyaccepted to compose music for the movie ‘Mahesh, Saranya, MattrumPalar’.”
